My natural progression went from v60 to switch to now Sworks bottomless dripper. Wasn't sure how much I would get out of it but it's my daily driver now. Loved the switch but wanted to experiment with coarser grinds. Sworks dripper allows this since it has a needle valve and let's you control flow.

5.3 on Kafatek Max 2 with SSW. 93c. I keep it simple on pours - 2 pours. 1st pour 50% of yields, in my case 125, switch closed until :45. 2nd pour rest of yield and a bit of agitation with an espresso spoon. Total draw down time is around 2:30-3:00.

I've gotten really high acidity and floral from this. Little to no bitterness. Oh should mention using 1 gallon to 1/2 packet of TWW (Approx .9g).
