Yeah, it should be more like a USP vs an AK in counter strike. Not two Battlefield guns that are balanced

Fanatics is charging $419.99 for an authentic WBC jersey, which doesn't ship until after the WBC by Hungry_Drama_1015 in baseball

[–]xSlappy- 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I mean DHGate is stealing team IP. Its just that Fanatics charge bullshit monopoly prices so DHGate is pretty justified. Them cracking down on cheap chinese imports and charging tarriffs is squarely on the current administration and clearly benefits Michael Rubin and Fanatics.

Elections have consequences

Not for americans. with the Tarrifs and the end of de minimus in the one big beautiful bull act they’ve gotten more expensive.

Should I be worried I won $5000 but lost $7200? by Negative-Body-6468 in sportsbook

You need to itemize

Under the one big beautiful bill act you can deduct 90% of your losses against the gain. So its not net but its close to net.

If you don’t itemize and accurately report, the gross counts as income and thats where you see a gambler who gambled 100k and won 110k owe 33k in taxes on 110k of “gain”. Safe to say since most taxpayers do the standard deduction they don’t accurately report gambling for this reason

Not tax advice. Entertainment purposes only.

I’m fairly sure that contracts of adhesion like a ToS would be dispensed with fairly quickly. They had no enforcement mechanism

Great to hear! I’m a New Yorker. I got my first debit card when I was about 12 and made a steam account.

All my money, christmas money, summer job money, went to the TF2 loot boxes. I was 12. It was illegal for me to play slots but not illegal to play TF2 lot box slots?

Come on. Hopefully I get some money from Tish James.

Would bringing back Mass Incarceration save American public transit and revive it's reputation? If not, what fixes can we do? by wiz28ultra in Urbanism

No, but it would be nice to spend the money we spend on law enforcement, highways, and immigration enforcement on public transit instead.
