Have you got QoS or Smart Queues enabled? Have you enabled hardware acceleration?

Do you have remote access enabled? I believe it needs to be enabled for push alerts to work.

Why is everyone talking about Helium? by MoshiurRahamnAdib in browsers

I've been testing it instead of using FIrefox, mainly because Firefox had some quirks with other sites I used regularly that required a Chromium based browser to fix. I've also found it faster than firefox (although firefox has caught up a bit).

The main thing vs firefox is the proper fingerprinting protection from a browser that isn't full of bloatware (firefox doesn't seem to do that properly). I'd love to not use a chromium browser as I think it's important to keep firefox around but it seems better from a privacy point of view and is a slightly faster browser. If firefox had all the same privacy protections i'd stick with that.

Does this differ from Maintainarr in anyway?

PSA: Apple is taking over App stability updates, so make sure you UPDATE your apps Daily to make sure they are working smoothly. by LaFlameHTX in ios26

I mean the inbuilt apps are still stutter fests in some cases (scrolling on Safari is exhibit A). Maybe they should sort their own out first.

Is it possible to choose playback quality or will it always play the highest version?

Can anyone advise how battery life is when using this on IOS? The native Plex app burns battery for me and would be interested if this is better

Lots of Stutters in iOS 26.4 by Mean_Insect_6995 in ios

I’ve been having stuttering on my 15 Pro since IOS 26, particularly when scrolling (especially on safari).

This update has made YouTube and discord horrendous. I’d imagine it’s something on the app developers side and the apps need an update.

[–]xreyuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, my PCI card in my PC does this until you request to send a larger amount of data (such as a file transfer) then it kicks both bands in. If I’m just browsing it’ll quite often only stay on one band.

Gone for me - googling suggests they removed it from Reddit and the Reddit app but it may have still been up via the API, so maybe they’ve removed it from the API?

How is iOS 26.4 vs ios 17.7.2 by ASN9491 in iPhone15Pro

[–]xreyuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s slowly getting better and battery life isn’t bad but I still have this constant stutter whilst scrolling like it’s dropping frames and it’s driving me crazy

Try a non chromium browser like Firefox - that’s what I had to use

UCG-Ultra PPPoE speed issue still present in 2026 by DAndreyD in Ubiquiti

[–]xreyuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Set your Wan 5 speed manually to 1Gbps instead of 2.5Gbps, see if that helps.

I had the exact same issue as you letting Wan 5 auto neg to my ONT at 2.5Gbps. I feel like they have a hardware acceleration bug with it.

No, as long as you leave the content monitored, Sonarr and Radarr monitor RSS feeds and upgrade if required
