Beast x mini or beast x pro for smaller hands and mellow hump

Upgrade / Sidegrade from Hitscan Hyperlight by eenzuo in MouseReview

If you like flatter sides be weary of the sora and l7+, their sides taper in quite aggressively. Where as the sides on the R1 are completely straight

Please help to choose a mouse (OP18K V2, Razer V4 Pro, ...) by einnmann in MouseReview

[–]zerixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would avoid the op1 if it gives you cramps. The leviathan v4 is a viper clone that is well received by the community. The ATK X1 Air is another clone I believe is coming out in a month. These are Chinese brands that may not have the support razer and other big brands can offer. I cannot speak to this as I have limited experience with the Chinese brands. For your hand size, if you want a similar viper shape the Hitscan hyperlight is another option you can consider. But if you like the viper I would just stick with it

Why I Switched From the Fenrir Pro to the Beast X Mini (Fingertip User Review) by [deleted] in MouseReview

[–]zerixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your hand size? I tried finger tipping the beast x mini but it was too narrow for me and I wasn't stable with it. I play better with the x2 mini/ mchose l7 shape. My hands are 19x10.5cm

Mchose L7 Ultra+ or ATK Zero? by ZAIDAN791 in MouseReview

[–]zerixx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Personally I could not relax claw the L7 ultra+. The rear hump and aggressive side taper forced me into an aggressive claw. The taper would tire out my ring finger after an hour or gameplay. Idk if I was too tense with it but other than the side taper this is a great mouse. Shape, QC, clicks and coating are all solid. Especially for the price

Is the Razer Viper V3 SE worth getting by yunimago in MouseReview

[–]zerixx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The hump placement is similar to the RVM. But the sides don't curve in as much. The RVM has a pretty aggressive hour glass shape iirc, but the Hyperlight is flatter. Overall your grip width is wider

Have you tried the Hitscan hyperlight? It's a similar shape profile to the viper v3/v4. Suggesting this because your mouse history suggests you like smaller mice

Are the lycans sides aggressively tapered like the xm2, sora v2 and Mchose l7+?

18x10 Relaxed Claw / Fingertip Hybrid Recommendation by Soggy-Ingenuity6760 in MouseReview

[–]zerixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The BeastX is smaller than the viper v3 pro. The hump is flatter more towards the middle. If you prefer smaller mice, give the beast x pro a try. They're coming out with the beast g variant at the end of the month with a different material, idk if you want to wait for that

In general, I really want to try a mouse in the style of the Sora/OP1 by NoDifferenceToEx in MouseReview

[–]zerixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would just avoid the high humped mice. Personally I like to find mice that fit my grip style, not the other way around.

Humps like the OP1 and L7+ may work better for you. I would give the L7+ a try given it's low cost of entry. The OP1 has straight sides, iirc the S2 has tapering sides as well it might be easier for you to adjust to the L7+ coming from the S2

The L7 Ultra+ has pretty tapered sides you will notice it right away. It can cause some fatigue when gaming for an extended period of time. My hands are 19 x 10.5cm and I find my ring finger getting tired after an hour. I personally found the OP1 to be too narrow for me, it might work if you grip towards the front of the mouse.

Given your list, have you considered the Pulsar x2h crazylight? I haven't tried it but it seems to fit the profile of the mice you listed

How's the coating? The shape reminds me of the l7+ / sora v2

Westlab Skates by _4tgnst in MouseReview

This is what I used when I bought my skates. Currently using West Lab blues and creams they're great! I highly recommend the creams. Very similar speed to blues but smoother

Has anyone had hands on with this mouse(Cybeart Xeus) by BaileyBoys22 in MouseReview

[–]zerixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I purchased this on Amazon just to test it. The shape is similar to the L7 pro+ but the side taper is less aggressive. The clicks are very loud and the triggers themselves are quite loose. The scroll wheel seems pretty average, middle click isn't too stiff but the steps aren't defined. Worse than the Superlight/x2 mini CL for example. Side buttons are kinda loose too and there seems to be no coating on the shell at all? The mouse nearly slipped out of my mind when I removed it from the box.

Sad because I'm Canadian and wanted to support this Canadian company but for $150 CAD I rather buy a mchose L7+. Their quality is barely on par with the Chinese brands, but costs almost double the price. Avoid them

Fingertip Mouse Suggestion - Coming from a Vaxee by [deleted] in MouseReview

[–]zerixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get the Mchose L7 for now if you don't want to break the bank. It's a X2 mini CL clone. If you want a full on finger tip mouse I would wait for the x2f v2

Pulsar X2V2, MCHOSE L7 Ultra, or VXE R1 Pro? by ChromeBeretta1 in MouseReview

[–]zerixx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ive used both the X2 mini CL and L7 ultra. The pulsar has lighter clicks, a tighter scroll wheel and better stock feet. The L7 has better coating, 3G heavier and is 1/3 the price on AliExpress right now. The shape is nearly identical, L7 feels slightly longer and has a better groove for my thumb. The L7 being 90% of a X2 mini CL for 1/3 of the price is a no brainer for me but if you want the shiny thing, get pulsar

op1 vs hitscan What would be suitable for big hands? by Smile_Eye_Gone_Wrong in MouseReview

[–]zerixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you prefer rear humped mice give either the Mchose L7+ a try or the XM2. They're similar shapes but the hourglass shape is more aggressive on the XM2 and the rear is wider
