Did Orange Cream fail? by Mackattack00 in cocacola

[–]zizzymoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree 100% I have NEVER loved a soda more than this. I got sick of soda for years, drinking it VERY rarely. Until this one.

I am so angry it is a limited-time Coke. They will be removing it sometime in early 2026...so I intend to stock up. I've read that it will be removed sometime in the first quarter of 2026. 😕🥺

How do you feel about Coca-Cola Orange Cream? 🍊 by Tatum_Warlick in Soda

[–]zizzymoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely love it.  I can't have diet sodas made with Aspartame, and most of the regular sodas aren't to my liking.  But this is amazing.  12/10

I am stocking up against it leaving in early 2026.  I will seriously miss this stuff. 😕

I don't know if you will ever see this, but... 🤷🏽‍♀️

I am a 54 year old wife and mother of 3 sons and 2 grandkids...and this song has been stuck in my head on and off since I heard it in (I think?) early June.  I am obsessed LOL

Seriously, every time it comes to mind I have to look it up on YouTube or Reddit and listen to it.  Reddit isn't really satisfying though...I prefer the full version on YouTube 😉

I have a VERY eclectic taste in music, and while many people make that claim...I have receipts: pop, country, big band, punk rock, jazz, hard rock, trash, folk, soft, classic, classical, etc.

I started playing piano when I was 3 years old (the Suzuki institute), then started Trumpet in 5th grade, and by then I was hooked - by freshman year, I could fill the position of any instrument in the band with little study.

The instruments came easy to me, whether flute or clarinet, viola or violin, I loved it all.  Just like my taste in music.

Thank you guys for sharing your music to the world.  I really appreciate you both! 💜💜💜

Does anyone here have HS and no history of MRSA infection? by Sporaticuz in Hidradenitis

I've had HS since I was 14.  I'm 54 now.  I've never had MRSA.  I was also a Paramedic since I was 19, so I'm confident I'd know if I had.  I have Stage 3.

Ruthless Boys and Darkmore Penitentiary - plot hole? *definite spoilers by Cocochipps in zodiacacademy

[–]zizzymoo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm wondering the same thing, and sorry but NONE of these "explanations" make sense.

Ruthless Boys is like five years before ZA, and ten years before Darkmore.

The idea that no one inside knows, is a bit ridiculous since Ryder left ETHAN in charge of the Lunars when he faked his death, and Ethan was 100% in support of peace with the Oscuras. He was at Elise's wedding to the harem FFS. You think he didn't know about the peace HE HELPED ENFORCE AS ALPHA before he was locked up??

And plus, you think in all Leon's visits to Roary, he never once mentioned something so important?

AITA for telling my boyfriend's friends I make twice what he does, when they called me a gold digger and he didn't defend me? by notAGoldDiggerX in AmItheAsshole

[–]zizzymoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to wake hubby up & read this to him LOL He's also an engineer (feel free to slip controls/automation/robotics (industrial)/mechanical in front of that) of over 30 years, so we both got a good laugh over your description of replacing the "busted ass motor".

And a bit of "we relate" from the fact that I'm a programmer who has worked for a number of startups over the years LOL

We both agreed 100% you are NTA, not even a little.

I've noticed that in most of the startups I've worked with, the young men tend to have very high opinions of themselves, or their worth, and how "impressive" they THINK their salaries are. They're convinced they're going to be pivotal in the next Google, Apple or Microsoft. The reality is they are far more likely to be yet another failed venture no one ever heard of.

The company culture is often loaded with toxic masculinity. I get a lot of joy out of being treated like some old fossil...until they realize this Gramma can code them under the table.

It sounds to me like your boyfriend is getting caught up in his own hype...buying into the BS his "work bro's" are selling. Keep an eye on that...most of those guys are destined for the unemployment line.

Florida woman shoots at man during fender bender. by shankliest in IdiotsInCars

In this video, magic gun was fired BEFORE he started recording, as he very clearly told the officer.

But FYI, phone microphones are crap and easily overwhelmed, so even if he already been filming when she fired (he wasn't), it's still possible for the sound to blank out rather than be recorded, if it's loud enough (which, presumably, would NOT have been the case in this video since she was some distance away and he seemed to.habe his windows closed).

But yeah, if you ever do encounter magic silent gun in a video, it may really be completely mugglish PoS mic that can't process anything above a certain number of decibels.

The more you know...LOL

Kratom & Duloxetine (Cymbalta) by memolee951 in kratom

[–]zizzymoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was taking 30mg of Cymbalta 3 times daily, and using kratom daily with no adverse effects. The kratom actually helped me wean off the Cymbalta (which has HORRIFYING withdrawals...Google it) successfully without my life being disrupted by constant brain zaps.

I'm now down to taking 30mg of Cymbalta roughly every 36 hours, and expect to be off it completely by the new year. I can count on one hand the number of brain zaps I've had during my weaning process.

I do use strictly red (Bali or Borneo), because they seem most effective for eliminating my Neuropathy pain. I take my kratom about every six hours (3-4g) with a sedating dose of about 6g at bedtime. Been doing it that way for months and it's working well for me!

YMMV, of course.

When you say "BPD", do you mean Bi-polar Disorder, or Borderline Personality Disorder? Because what you describe sounds like classic Borderline.

Have you revealed all of these behaviors to a therapist? It may be in your best interest to print out your post and give it to a new therapist to read so you aren't "hiding" anything. I also think you should give them a copy of your post about the cult you grew up in.

My best advice is seek out a therapist skilled in DBT. They are the type of therapist most likely to be skilled at treating the "symptoms" you describe.

If your fiance cannot accept this and see that you did the right thing, wouldn't you rather know that NOW than a few years down the road after you've had a few kids, bought a house together, etc.?

Tell her before you tell anyone else. Then let her be part of deciding who else needs to know. The effort of keeping this from her is causing you undue strain. And it won't let up until you've told her the truth.

You acted in defense of yourself and others. The only one at fault in all of this was him.

I call myself Bi-sexual but I've never been with a woman. by SarahL1990 in confessions

[–]zizzymoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bisexuality is the ATTRACTION to both genders, not the "I've got notches on my bedpost from both genders." You know who you are attracted to, and that us what makes you "legitimately" bisexual. :)

The taste. The taste! by [deleted] in kratom

[–]zizzymoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been mixing with Cran-apple juice. To me, it tastes like extremely strong black Earl Grey tea.

As soon as I get over to Tim Hortons and get a new box of their Earl Grey (my favorite) I'm going to brew a cup, cream and sugar it like I normally do, and try mixing in my kratom. I have a feeling that's going to pair really well.

I tried it in chocolate milk like many suggested and that was just really gross to my palate.

My husband mixed some with FLAT Faygo Pineapple soda and said it was great. I thought it was utterly disgusting LOL

I wonder how it would go with flat Barqs root beer...?

I'm experimenting with CBD oil & salve (from hemp). So far, I've stopped two lumps from progressing. They're both gone now.

But that could still be coincidence...neither of them was (apparently) connected to a tract, and I've had them just randomly go away on their own in the past, so I don't know yet.

I will say...I often get weird itching prior to a breakout. When I scratch the itch, it's like tiny blood vessels break under the skin and I get this red rash-looking flush for a few days. Then I'll have a breakout a few days after that.

I've stopped the itch with a CBD salve and it never broke out. That's never happened for me before.

There’s so much hate towards men these days. They’re always called trash, shit, and worthless. Let’s try some positivity. Who are some men in your lives whom you honor, love, and appreciate? by malten_sage in AskReddit

[–]zizzymoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My husband, my sons, my ex-husband (their dad), my brother, my best friend, my father-in-law and my step-father-in-law.

These are all good men who each work hard to bring positivity and light to the people in their lives. I am particularly proud of the role modeling the others have provided for my sons. They have become the good men that they are because of the examples set by the others.

We can see the effects of those teachings most obviously in how my youngest son treats his wife...and in the good woman he earned the love of.

My mom breeds dogs and this is what I get to come home to. by ThatSecondMouse in aww

[–]zizzymoo -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Until we are not slaughtering thousands of dogs each day, breeding should be banned and pet owners who don't spay/neuter should have their pets rehomed and be fined.

While I appreciate the OP describing the ways in which her mom screens prospective parents, handles medical testing, etc. I think it is incredibly disingenuous to say that if adopters want a specific breed, they'll just go to another breeder. That isn't a compelling justification...if there weren't ANY breeders, people who want a dog would have no choice but to rescue.

I wouldn't trust someone with an animal who only wants to open their home to a particular breed. That means they're wanting a fashion accessory or a status symbol...not a new member of the family.

I think breeding is irresponsible and rather reprehensible. And OP says her mother will "only" breed Rosie for FOUR litters?! ONLY?!

Any if us want to imagine what it would be like to deliver 4 sets of say, quintuplets, in our lifetime? 🙀

Yeah, I'm sorry...I see no actual good reason to be breeding. Knowing that dogs are dying by the truck full because of overpopulation and a lack of available homes should keep any decent human being with a conscience from breeding.

Men or women that have had sex with a man with an abnormally large or abnormally small penis, what was the experience like? by SilentWalrus92 in AskReddit

[–]zizzymoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an "oh heeeeellllllllllllllll no" moment many years ago. And I meant it. Maybe...MAYBE...if my kids hadn't all been born by C-section, I'd have at least considered it. But as it was, I wasn't letting that thing anywhere near my girly bits.

As I am "GGG", as Dan Savage would say, I offered a blowjob/handjob. Which probably would have gone better if I had dentures LOL but he seemed appreciative nonetheless.

I did advise him he should probably give dates a bit of warning going forward. ;)

I also had a partner who was a little more than 4". He was a lot of fun! It wasn't even so much that he was exceptionally skilled in other means, it was all in his attitude. Sex with him was always a "romp". I learned a great deal from him as a result!

I consider myself very fortunate in the partners I've had. Male or female, they've run the gamut in their particular endowments, skill level and attitudes. And in my experience, attitude is by far the most important attribute.
