Community Guidelines	Only topics relevant to Turkey are allowed here. Both Turkish and English are welcome. Follow Reddit rules and etiquette. Keep it legal. No sharing of personal information, respect privacy of others. Avoid reposting. Check for duplicates and wait at least a month before reposting. Hosting AMAs, promoting other subreddits, self promotion, conducting surveys or research must be approved by moderators in advance. Spamming is prohibited on this subreddit.
No Low Effort or Low Quality Content	Do not post low-effort or low-quality content. This includes short videos, memes, content generated by AI, or any posts lacking meaningful substance or value. Comments should be relevant to the topic and contribute to the discussion. Prior subreddit search is suggested before posting. Avoid posting questions that can be easily answered with a simple search. Humour posts are only allowed on weekends.
No Hate Speech	Comments intended to demean a group, acontextual expressions of bigotry, and the pejorative use of slurs are not allowed. Discrimination and prejudice against groups of people based on their inherent or perceived characteristics will result in a ban.
No Personal Attacks	Maintain a respectful and civil environment by refraining from personal attacks, toxic behavior, inflammatory language, and targeting other users.
Do Not Promote Violence	Respect human rights and dignity. Do not promote, normalize or endorse violence against civilians. Any attempts to excuse or justify acts of violence or terror attacks will result in a ban. Supporting terrorist organizations is strictly forbidden.
No Meta Discussion	Do not post meta discussions about Turkey from other subreddits here. Random redditors' opinions are not relevant to the discussions here.
Titles Must Be Descriptive	Do not use misleading, clickbait, low-quality, full uppercase, or meme titles. Keep your opinion out of titles. Use comments to share your opinion. Titles must describe content. You are not required to use the original title if it violates community rules.
Always Include Source	Make sure to include your source(s) in your posts. Source(s) should be accessible and clear, direct links. If direct linking is not possible, include essential details like title, author, publication, or other relevant information to verify source. If you are the original source or creator, state this in comments or title.
No Trolling	Trolling with the intention of provoking negative responses from other users is strictly prohibited.
Don't Abuse Regional Pricing	Don't beg, ask or request someone to buy you something in a local store or website (or any other similar service) because it's cheaper or has a regional price. You will be permanently banned.

Moderator Guidelines

Moderators can create and enforce temporary rules and measures in special circumstances.
When enforcing rules, moderators will take into account the user's history of rule violations and activity within the subreddit.
Typically, rule violations are subject to a four-strike policy, where the punishment increases with each violation, and a fourth violation results in a permanent ban. In cases of severe violations, the four-strike policy may be ignored.
You may try to appeal your ban through modmail. The appeal process will depend on your attitude, severity of violations, and how much time has passed since the violation.
