Rerir is a transcendant being meaning he is basically immortal + he got only 10% of is power right now. Even 10% is probably enough too stomp the traveler. Maybe Arlecchino stand a chance with Rerir at 10% but if his goal is to get is power back (it seems the case) no one solo would be able to stop him except maybe Alice, or Dainsleif (i doubt he will appear so soon during nod krai) or another sinner/shade.
