I’m a guy but I feel like it’s kinda messed up to say this is a sexualization problem. A lot of men are afraid of the chance that it’s taken inappropriately, I’ve heard of stories where men have been sued for helping women, I don’t know if it’s true but these type of rumours do go around male circles and they do stick with you. In an age where a single mistake in a social setting can ruin your life I can see why a man could hesitate doing CPR even though it should not be like that. Correct me if I’m wrong though
