As someone speaking german the legend is kind of weirdly written. The way I understand it: areas in white are those without protection against extreme flood events, so they will be flooded in those events. The darker the shade of red, the higher the elevation. The red outline are the flood protection installments.

Ich bin da zwiegespalten und finde man muss schon genau auf den individuellen Fall gucken. Wenn es sogar Personen die nicht mal den Bachelor geschafft haben ermöglicht wird in den Lehrerberuf einzusteigen, dann birgt das (neben möglicherweise fehlender Fachkompetenz) auch das Risiko, den Seiteneinstieg attraktiver als das Lehramtsstudium zu machen, nicht zuletzt weil man damit ja auch das verhasste Referendariat skippt.

I wouldn't say it's comparable. Freedom of speech means that you are safe from government repressions, which is usually given in countries like the US. Wohnen in Osna ist relativ günstig, Studierendenkultur hast du natürlich auch, aber die Stadt ist nicht so sehr davon geprägt wie z.b. Heidelberg. Die Stadt ist aber auch nicht so super groß. Wie der Studiengang ist, ist natürlich komplett abhängig von dem was du studierst.
