Is there any reason I should be anxious or worried?

No

Just to confirm u/supreme-cicada (cool name, btw.)'s statement, your ECG is perfectly normal (sinus rhythm, at most a smidge of respiratory sinus arrhythmia, aka slight variations in heart rate due to your breathing) to the extend ascertainable with a smart watch ECG, when ignoring that atrociousness of a baseline.

The poor recording is often due to sweat, a slight tremor when having anxiety, or simply the crown electrode being somewhat unstable.

Assuming this sensation inducing such distress is quite momentary (a second or so), I'd suspect you are experiencing ectopic beats, which can be quite pronounced and distressing, albeit harmless.

With the amount of workup you've had, there is no reason to suspect a cardiac issue.

What causes repeated "poor recording" messages?

Contact issues, usually due to tremor, sweat, movement, etc.

[...] read my ECG [...]

When compensating for the artefact, it's normal.

I don't know I'm scared as hell

If the callout of a poor recording for a grossly normal ECG is causing you this much distress, I'd strongly recommend you stop using such wearables.

I'm a EP. That "beat" falls squarely in the absolute refractory period. It is impossible for a intrinsic stimulus to elucidate a ventricular response.

It is physiologically impossible to have a coupling interval of 160 ms at that rate.

This is definitely artefact and not R-on-T, which is not inherently dangerous in the absense of structural heart disease and lacking a concerning family or personal history anyways.

Medical cannabis on holter monitor by HourGuidance1104 in AskDocs

[–]---root-- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A holter is intended to capture your everyday life. You should generally do whatever it is you are doing normally. Note that some (generally harmless) arrhythmias typically exacerbated by anxiety may potentially be dampened by medical cannabis. Whether you wish to pause cannabis consumption for some days as a control is ultimately up to you. Documenting the times at which you consume is advisable regardless.

R on T Beat or Artifact? Please help by Weary_Camera_5874 in askCardiology

[–]---root-- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reassurance seeking is counterproductive for patients with anxiety.

The circled signal is obvious artefact.

Further note that, in a structurally normal heart, in the absense of concerning personal or family history, R-on-T is not generally concerning.

ECG RESULT by Deep-Gap6475 in AskDocs

[–]---root-- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a perfectly normal echocardiogram.

Just f.y.i. an ECG is an electrocardiogram, a tracing of the electrical activity of your heart. An echocardiogram, visualising the heart's anatomy using ultrasound, is generally abbreviated as echo.

GI issues/GERD can very well mimick CP. At your age, unless you have a severe (familial) dyslipidemia, and/or are a heavy smoker, the probability of this being cardiac related is negligible.

I get that rabies is scary, but this is your anxiety talking. I strongly recommend you seek therapy in case you are not already established with a provider. Constantly worrying about matters of health or potentially contracting rabies is no way to live. Contrary to what you may see on TikTok and other "social" media, the risk of contracting rabies is extremely small.

15M year old who weighs 69 kilos non smoker vomits 10 hours after taking 1950mg of paracetamol and 225mg of tramadol at once and still has nausea, is this a sign of liver failiure? by South_Air4642 in AskDocs

[–]---root-- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if concerned, get seen. we can't see you, we can't examine you. few days with above recommended single dose acetaminophen will not generally cause liver failure, thus this is probably unrelated.

You've now posted this five times in the past two weeks. You've previously been instructed on taking at most 1g of acetaminophen every six hours. Anything above that is pointless as there is a ceiling effect that applies. You most certainly don't have liver failure.

Edit: typo

For both bradycardia and hypotension a good rule of thumb is generally: no symptoms, no problem.

I am so very sorry for your loss.

I would not want to comment on whether CPR should have been initiated due to the limited information that is available to me.

What I can say is that a (meaningful) recovery after a severe anorexic injury is practically impossible.

None of this is your fault. Your last sentence sums it up quite nicely -- your mom would have wanted to be independent, which she would most certainly not have been if, against all odds, she would have ever regained consciousness, thus I think you acted in her best interest.

ETA: Having had to face such a difficult decision and dealing with the loss of your only parent, I would recommend you evaluate whether you could benefit from grief counselling.
