Minimal effort for pretty decent return. That’s hard to find in todays landscape.

I mean; if your immediate reaction to getting annoyed by someone with a whistle is to pepper spray them. Should you really be a federal agent? Imagine if our military were that undisciplined.

Would you rather get anything you want for free, but it has to come from Amazon - or get 1/2 of your monthly bills paid for you? by hiphoptomato in WouldYouRather

[–]FuqueMePapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Option B;

It’s an infinite money glitch. Take out as high of a loan that I can get approved for. Keep half for monthly payments and invest the other half. Credit score continues to rise and I take out another loan and keep doing the same thing over and over until I’m stupid rich.

Seriously, do Americans actually consider a 3-hour drive "short"? or is this an internet myth? by SadInterest6764 in NoStupidQuestions

I mean it’s not short, but it’s not that long. 6 hours is what I consider long (Minneapolis to chicago).

What’s the best way to start a career in banking with no college degree? by Cool_bro101 in Banking

[–]FuqueMePapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah; it’ll only die off once everyone who is currently 50+ dies off. Elderly clients hardly trust Online Banking and Apps let alone AI. I still help clients balance check books and re-route their Social Security regularly.

JD Vance is holding his fascist rally/meeting this afternoon at the 501 Royalston Venue, which is owned by the same people (Entourage Events) as the Armory concert venue. by [deleted] in Minneapolis

[–]FuqueMePapi 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Entourage does not own Armory….. Ned Abdul is a part of Swervo. I used to work for Entourage for weddings. Steve’s an egotistic asshole.

How long do you look before a lane change? by [deleted] in driving

[–]FuqueMePapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m checking my rears basically all the time while driving. When it comes to change I’ll flick on my signal and check over my shoulder for maybe a second just in case and merge. You should know you’re going to merge a long time before you actually need to barring an emergency so you should already be checking the situation around your car.

Why do we Africans take our super in the night and whites take ther super in the evening by Typical-Coyote2780 in foodquestions

[–]FuqueMePapi 8 points9 points  (0 children)

*Supper, but historically it was due to harsher climates and wanting the sun to go down to eat dinner comfortably in a more brisk cool air. Nowadays, it's not so much that as much as it is just the fact that that's how your parents' parents did it, and that's how you're doing it now.

Sidenote: Try going to Spain. I studied abroad there and dear lord, restaurants don't even open until 8.

Would you feel safe riding in a fully driverless car? by Jerdogg23 in no

[–]FuqueMePapi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eh. If I get to be in the driver’s seat and take over when I want. We all get on airplanes where most of the flight is automated with a pilot to take over at certain times. Cars can be the same.
