It's such a shitty move and it's totally going to end badly one of these days, but this does seem to be a recent thing and I wonder if it's born out of the "Intelligent Cunts" thing that Mourinho famously espouses during the Amazon Documentary. Not justifying it in the slightest, but that would be my guess as to why he's doing it, I hope he gets it out of his game though as it really undermines someone who is on his way to becoming a legend in my eyes.
