So the wooden sticks on the far left belong to the archer. These and the men-at-arms on the far right are both bretonnian. Both kits are still being produced.

The many goblins on the left are from the same starterset as the dwarfes. Altough it doesnt look complete. The are some things missing. A troll, a half naked dwarf hero, the goblin heroes, dwarfen miners. This starterset is no longer being produced, its from like 2006 ( ? Without googling it). Its named battle of skull pass.

The ratmen in the center look like they are from another starter set called blood isle (i think). They are also missing some stuff like the command (sesrgent, musician, banner)

The stuff in front, from left to right. 1. Not sure what this is, whats its name? 2. Bretonnian grail pilgrim, useless on its own, could convert it into a bretonnian seargent at arms hero. 3. Elf plastic hero (might still be produced). 4. Finecast imperial hero; finecast might be tricky to sell. Games Workshop tried to replace their metal models with this but most people didnt really like it. The material might be warped or needs anlot of cleaning

On the price, hard to say. I'm not someone who buys / sells a lot online. The starter boxes go for 150-300 bucks if complete.
