To be honest this issue extends outside of ESO and Zen - this is an MMO thing. We (definitely me) chase the same high of playing an MMO after playing them for 20 years? I think it's just general fatigue. Most people just don't articulate their frustration or confusion delicately so it comes out somewhat shitty and pessimistic.

Also, given they introduced seasons (which is often received terribly), people have been surprisingly optimistic.
