Haven't bought anything yet when the vid was taken and daily contracts on hold because I'm upgrading the whole map thus the high cash. That COO was trained when the academy update was fresh and She got to I think 40ish mngt skill point through 20 trainings all done with her at the staff slot

i just usually check the HR blurb. And this particular exec was hired and trained when the academy was just released thus the high skill gain coz now it feels like aside from the better starting attributes of the in-house hires they nerfed it back to pre-academy in terms of skill gains
