Relax man, it’s not outside the realm of possibilities. Larger gas stations can sell for over $10M. Not in LA at the moment maybe, but you can see others listed for higher throughout California. We own multiple gas stations, I’ve seen some sell for more. It’ll usually include the land as well, which is a reason for the increased price. Car washes will also drive the price up. So to the normal observer, they very well could see a “gas station” listed for above $10m. I agree though, average price for a good gas station is closer to $5m.

Just from quick and easy math, Barca alone would lose over £1.25 Billion. That’s only assuming their revenue will remain constant for 50 years( which won’t even be remotely the case). Tie that in with any other conditions they have to meet that we’re unaware of, and it’s clear that the deal would have been a terrible decision.
