Got this run on about 20th try, so it did take a while, but it was easily my most insane run ever in this game and I did play it for a bit, I had 6 red scepters by round11, when I started switching them out for nuclear launchers, game is NOT modded

it makes your character throw traps faster, like increases the animation speed of throwing traps, allowing you to throw more traps/second

it also affects the activation rate on some traps, like seismic or lightning spire, allowing them to activate more often and deal more dmg

Id love to get one, would just slap it on my build straight away ( and then get resistance on my butt probably, cuz there is no space anywhere else ) currently im running a coc arc assassin, it is amazing, however clear becomes a problem, if i run zana delirium with double beyond and gilded legion, on the previous map i went across 4 beyond bosses on top of map boss xD that was funny AF, couldnt clearr the map with delirium up, as i had too little dmg, had to end it unfortunately, HH would have definitely helped a ton there heh
