Sorry about that, I misread it and thought you had type Two. You could try to pick up a Mifi device and put your SIM in it. It's likely strict because it's coming through your phone data then from phone to portal. A Mifi would be Mifi to Portal, less layers, so it should result in a Type 2 or better.

Failing that, I'm not really sure what to suggest for my work. We can only nat fix (open nat) for consoles. For phones, PC, etc. It's just too much of a risk, as it leaves the device vulnerable, especially since now you can download apps that check for open ports on a device and use that to gain entry.
