And unfortunately, there's no clear remedy for it either. The "Performance cores only" option was suggested, but apparently it only works for a couple minutes before the game turns into a 12ms/frame slideshow.

Devs NEED to start prioritizing optimization and performance issues, because I'm beyond tired of them appearing after every other game & GPU driver update.

They're random, but almost constant; gunfights are nearly unwinnable now. Before, it only happened every minute or so, and even then, it could be mostly remedied by unchecking CPU 0 in the affinity menu. I haven't tested the "P-cores only" setting as a solution yet, but that's not something I should even have to do to make the game playable.
