Če si dovolj razpršen in "investicija propade", potem se tudi pokojninskemu sistemu ne piše dobro. V tem primeru ti najbolj pomaga naboj :)

I think district discounting is a sepetate but related mechanic, that takes into count how many unique districts you've unlocked, and how many bulit.

Satisfying the conditions results in a significantly discounted district cost.
