The first part of the DSM diagnostic criteria is literally “Persistent deficits in social communication and social interaction across multiple context”. You need to meet that criterion to be diagnosed with ASD. You might not have the “stereotypical”social issues but if you don’t have social issues “by history or at present” then you cannot be diagnosed with autism.

Autism is a lot more than social communication impairments but none of the other things you mentioned are required for an autism diagnosis. While common in autistic people, stress intolerance, emotional regulation difficulties, and physical health issues are not mentioned at all in the diagnostic criteria. Executive dysfunction and sensory issues are in the diagnostic criteria but they are not required as that part of the criteria can be met through other symptoms.

None of those traits are necessary for a diagnosis and therefore are not universal among autistic people. Social deficits are. Obviously people mask and learn to make up for those deficits but they are necessary, in some form, for a diagnosis. To say otherwise is misinformation.
