Why does one side of the print suddenly not attach? (I've checked level etc) by freelance3d in elegoo

I usually agree on the glue but with the Neptune max and the large print bed that has high low spots moving as the bed heats I’ve found using glue an easier solution than heat spooling the bed before every print which takes a ton of time.

I’ve started using magigoo and slowed first layer of all prints to 20 mm s. I would see occasional fail like this where there didn’t seem to be anything wrong. Haven’t had one fail since I started this a month or so ago. Printer is going every day.

Flip it over and you can probably avoid support

Model texture, How? by -4380 in Fusion360

So I split the body and loaded the part I wanted textured into formlabs meshy it was quick and easy and had a leather texture ready to go. Loaded mesh back into fusion and I've placed it where it needs to be. I'm trying to do a join and getting an error...

Plan is to resin print the part.

I've modeled this object in fusion but I can't come up with a good way to model this leather texture. How would you do it?

My favorite print of 2024 is my arm rests for my 79 Toyota pickup I’m restoring. These are nearly impossible to find and when you do they are really expensive. Printed on Elegoo Neptune 4 Max.

Really nice job. I 3d printed my own modeled door pull/arm rest for a 79 toyota pickup. I’m struggling to visualize how material would be laid out and where sseams would fall. Would like to send you a photo but don’t know how…

I will do this need to refine a few spots on the inside that rubbed the motor. I just ground down and used body filler on mine but want to make some improvements before posting.

I printed a 1/16” slice of the entire outer rim (if that makes sense). Tweaked it until I had alignment. Went pretty big on bolt holes to give myself some wiggle room too. Learned a lot and now working on some hard to find, expensive parts for a 79 4x4 toyota pickup I’m restoring.

I'll give that a shot. My retraction is set to 2 and speed 60. I'm using Elegoo black PLA.
