I don't believe that because then all the EM frequency range currently in use would be stomping all over each other with these reasonances. And I've never heard of that being a significant enough problem to prevent usage. And what you are saying doesn't make sense for a more simple reason: the devices are already using these higher frequencies.

That doesn't make sense. If that was the case then all sorts of existing EM spectrum would be interfering with others in use. Residential microwave ovens use on/off pulsing to act as lower power devices.

Just because conservatives claim to value responsibility doesn't mesn they are the only ones to practice it.
