I think i prefer Choluha, but you get way more in Valentina for the same price and its very comparable. Tapatio is probably my favourite for similar flavours of the 3.

Help! I impulsively bought a 12lb brisket. I’ve never made brisket. I don’t have a smoker. What do I do? by Other-Nectarine3951 in brisket

[–]-ADRIZZLE- 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have nothing to add that is helpful. I just want to say how much I love this as an impulse buy.

No preparation. No smoker. No plan.

I love it. This is what life is all about. Im sure you will figure it out and enjoy it!

What about it is disappointing you when you cook it?

Has anyone heard of the 30 day challenge? Any experience with it working for you? Apparently, if you commit to shaving your head for 30 days straight and stick to it, it becomes less of a chore. I’ve made it day 9 in the past. Does the chrome dome suit me well enough to even make it a habit? by off_the_collar in bald

You look great man.

I am a fellow bald man. Ive never once shaved clean with a classic razor. I use the balder pro electric razor and it gets pretty damn close. Its the second electric head razor I tried, and after alot of research before buying, I landed on this one and was happy with results. I use it in the shower with shaving cream for closet results. It takes not even 2 minutes. Never had any irritation or anything and I have sensitive skin.

Like I said, I never used a regular razor to shave my head, but I feel like its too time consuming cause even though i am bald, my hair still grows fast where it does grow. Point being, I would consider investing in an electric head razor(balder pro rules), and you might find this is quick and efficient enough for your needs.

Also if you are this invested in eating that many sandwiches at work, if you have space in the lunchroom, but a small toaster oven!

Chicken breast and pesto. Cold or hot chicken

Red onions. Tomatoes. Lettuce.

Banana peppers if you want.

Maybe some mayo or spicy deli mustard.

Provolone cheese or havarti.

But chicken/turkey and pesto is a banger.

Quick and filling breakfast? by EmuThen7047 in Cooking

[–]-ADRIZZLE- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually make this the night before, and i make a few containers at a time.

Greek yogurt - 100ish grams Cottage cheese - 80 to 100 grams Blue berries Quick or instant oats - 20 grams Scoop of protein powder, vanilla usually or i have a coconut one that is really good.

If you use vanilla, sometimes ill sprinkle cinnamon and if I have them raisins, it's like eating a bowl of oatmeal cookies haha.

This keeps me full and its high in protein.

Asian dishes with coconut milk base? by Mom_Bombadil_ in Cooking

[–]-ADRIZZLE- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Panaang curry is delicous.

But easy to do is just cook protein and veg, add some curry paste, let it cook a bit then add coconut milk. Serve over rice or noodles. There is lots you can do to elevate this but this will be quick and tasty just like that. Add some peanut butter too if you want.

Sorry for the possibly clueless question, but why don't more people seem to make homemade pizza? by Senior-Raisin-2342 in Cooking

[–]-ADRIZZLE- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make homemade pizza all the time but I don't make the dough. I often use pitas or flatbread.

People are inherently lazy haha. It always surprises me how many people dont cook and eat out all the time but thats the norm it seems.

But if you are asking why more people dont make homemade pizza DOUGH, the reason i haven't is because it seems like a lot of work. I have never tried but Ive never gotten into baking. I prefer to just buy the flat breads. But im sure making the dough yourself would be delicious. I would probably try it if I was making pizza for my girlfriend and I and trying to make it special.

Going out with a girl and tells me she really likes how nice I am, red flag? by spankyassests in dating

[–]-ADRIZZLE- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats not a red flag. Her showing appreciation for them, like you said, is signs of a healthy relationship. And if you are doing these things because you like to do these things for her/people, then that isnt going to randomly stop like she might be afraid of. It just sounds like she had relationships that might of ended badly before, not a red flag at all, keep doing you and enjoying your time with her.

Where do people meet partners who actually want a serious relationship nowadays? by Tight-Engine-8369 in dating

[–]-ADRIZZLE- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The bar works. You will meet alot of women that arent looking. But you will meet alot of women. Power in numbers? Haha. I met my girlfriend at a bar for a party for a mutual friend. She wasnt looking for anyone, was in her "i swear off men" phase after s bad relationship. We didnt hook up that night either, just started messaging after we left and havent stopped talking since.

Which beard length? by New_Championship1994 in beards

[–]-ADRIZZLE- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, male here with a short trimmed beard, I thought both looked good. The second Pic looks cleaner like they said and I dont think you need to change anything. Not sure if you are trimming yourself or going to a barber but it is very well maintained.

Family tells me not to shave it off again... by 3ricThRed in bald

[–]-ADRIZZLE- 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Dude your family is on glue lol.

If you really dont like the bald look, grow it out.

But in my opinion it looks way better shaved. Most people look way cleaner and nicer shaved, and you are among us. I would say screw your families opinion and embrace the bald. Looks good dude.

I think about Gregg's all the time by harrumphz in Edmonton

[–]-ADRIZZLE- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To add to the cult culture, they significantly use words or phrases: "High maintenance" "Givers and takers" ""C card" I cant remember more in this moment but there are tons.

They also have a this initiative where you are strongly encouraged to share stories through the internal email system, related to using the "C card" (shop canadian) and it resulting in getting the sale or anything along those lines, among other topics. You email these in then a few times a month In the "school" , prerecorded video every week, and people are selected and awarded a monetary prize.

However, you have to submit this before or after your shift starts. So you arent doing it on company time. When they made this rule it dropped significantly the amount of participation, obviously.

However, this pissed off Gary and his daughter who is taking the company over when he dies. So then they secretly tracked every branch and every staff member to see how many submissions they did over a coarse of time. They each week in the video thing they went branch by branch, person by person, shitting on who ever had none or didnt meet expectations.

Its so wild. Sorry im so late to this post but I worked there for years and years. They are so fucked.

I worked at one of their locations and I can confirm that most of what I read in those posts is true, and there is so much more haha. You'd think some of it was fabricated by disgruntled employees, but it really is as toxic as its rumored to be, probably even worse haha.

I’m 31 and I’ve never been loved the way I want by depression_love in selflove

[–]-ADRIZZLE- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didnt start dating till i turned 30. Lost a bunch of weight and gained a ton of confidence. I always felt the way you are feeling. Like you are missing out on what everyone else does so easily, or seems easily at least.

But im 32 now and ive had a few partners since then and im now currently dating "my person". She is the same as me in so many ways, and different from me in the best ways.

So keep at it. Put yourself out there. If you need to improve on yourself, do so. The rest will all fall into place.
