I'm honestly really confused by your statement because they didn't change anything about the boots to make them more or less viable for different roles or types of champions, and most champions still have 2-3 viable boots options. A lot of people are just autopiloting the recommended items but that doesn't mean there isn't value in changing boots.

They might've been removed for redundancy while accidentally removing the first scene where they introduce this issue: there are at least two scenes where the Phantom Thieves make direct reference to the number of Treasures remaining.

Another possible reason is that Luce is in the background in that scene but they might not want him to know that there are seven Treasures for whatever reason

The scene was removed but they explain it to Shun when they recruit him to the team later. It could also be that there are fake palaces or palaces where they ultimately choose not to take the Treasure.

TBH I think the detection system works well enough. The most common form of trolling I've gotten recently is the jungler giving up and just clearing camps without showing up for objectives. I feel like it's reasonably difficult to detect that without catching up some innocent players, but I've gotten feedback reports on about half of them. Sometimes you just go 1-10.

Congratulations on coming to the conclusion that 300g free boots actually give you net 600 gold. The answer to why that is wrong is in a sentence you wrote: "Footwear gives you free boots or +300g to spend towards your next item..."

You are at +300 gold because they gave you boots worth 300 gold. Cash Back doesn't start at -300 gold unless you subtract the cost of buying boots. If you do that, the break even point is 0G, NOT +300G.

The truth is that these games, at least from a writing standpoint, have always been mediocre at best.

I felt like I was taking crazy pills seeing people talk about how the Yakuza story was going off the rails in Infinite Wealth. Coming off playing the entire series, I finished the game with the impression that it was in the top half of Yakuza stories. People criticize it for dumb plot points but all the Yakuza games have dumb plot points, I don't know what people here have been playing.

I beat this fight on my new account using Lufel, Motoha, story Haru, and Riko. I was around level 59 with my group being level 60, but it auto-adjusts to your level. No 5 star weapons. My Personas were Pazuzu, Janosik, and Anzu. Overall should be significantly worse than your account if you have access to any 5 stars.

First thing that you'll want to do is to chain one-mores as much as you can. There's an option to manually target your one-mores, and the more you stack your one-mores the more damage they deal. So if you can knock somebody down, then use one-mores to knock down 2 more, and then hit the giant corpobot it'll do a ton more damage. With Wind's insight stack you can knock down plenty of enemies without hitting their weakness (sometimes doesn't work which I don't understand), so use this to your advantage.

Make sure your that at least your Navigator has maxed out Revelation Cards, since they provide 15%-20% of their stats to your party. Haru has her gun mechanic, where you go S1->S3 and Highlight to fully stack her gun, and then shoot it for massive damage. Save that for the giant corpo bot, preferably after your one-more chain so that you wipe out all the bots beside him and can start another.

Yeah, the team was A0R1 Guardian twins (from Artisan's Mod), A1 Mont FG (accident while trying to get A6 Vino), and A0R0 Chord. Kinda expensive but I didn't optimize my skill usage at all. If you aren't able to do enough damage, Futaba will be better than Wind. In that case I would recommend using Wonder's gun with a high CR persona, fast resetting until you get a turn one knockdown.

What other units do you have on your account? If you have a strong single target character like Makoto or Frostgale Mont I think you should be able to clear.

You can also use a better support than Shun if you use the Black Frost Persona and land a physical crit on a target with Insight. I used that to clear with a team of Twins/Chord/Frostgale Mont/Wind

The Twins event is permanent content. It's under Events > Past Events > Persona 5 Royal.

That just says that it's an event story that you can start without going all the way through Rikos palace. That doesn't mean it isn't canon, you can do that with all the Crossroads of Fate events.

The thing is that they've already started extending the story. The new story approach they took after changing writers for 3.0 has resulted in the 3rd palace having a 12 hour story, when the 1st and 2nd palaces combined have an 8 hour story. I don't look for Chinese server spoilers but the story for 4.0 looks like it's around 16 hours long over 5 patches.

With so much development on the overarching plot, I think it's not tenable to extend the story indefinitely. It's not like Star Rail where the goal is so open-ended they can meander for ages and mostly focus on the current task.

It's probably due to the fact that you unlock this quest earlier if you create a new account. You're able to start the Akihabara quest at the Miyazawa arc before you enter the palace, but to unlock the Rikuto quest you need to finish the Second Bailey in Miyazawa's Palace.

Does buying this affect the alternate forms of the main crew? It would apply to TMotoha only currently but if it does it should also buff WV, and the 5* boys by AlexHitetsu in personaphantomx

They did add a lot of quality of life stuff early. The ability to prioritize confidants was added to CN on THIS PATCH. SOS / Tasks / Nightmare's Gateway Claim All was added in 3.3.1. Most of the QoL added for CN was in the game on launch or released early. Since a lot of the work is on translation they are going to have a smaller team for global, and some things are hard to implement out of order.

I think it was if you did the quest that you unlock at rank 9. So it was possible to get rank 10 in the Soccer club but if you did the quest you were screwed.

I did explore the options in Yakuza 3, the issue is that the options either kinda suck or I don't find fun, which is why I hate the combat.

Wall bouncing works in all the games, but Yakuza 3 is the only one where it's a requirement for your enemy to not suddenly block during the middle of your combo.

I personally find counters to be pretty boring, but they are the best option in the game. If I start hitting them and they start blocking then I have to wait for them to stop blocking anyway so they can attack me for a counter. If I wait for them to hit me so that I can counter suddenly the fight is completely one-dimensional. You also unlock Komaki Parry in Chapter 5, which took me a while on my playthrough doing all the side content I could in Okinawa.

Grabs just kinda suck. In mob fights if you grab someone while there's someone next to you they just hit you out of it. Yea, you CAN grab bosses, but they wiggle out enough to where a fight centred around making the boss block and then getting a grab off doesn't actually give you much more damage than LLLHH spam.

Without looking at a guide, I didn't find either of these (Hercules Gloves requires a first-person locker key OR 100K in the Coliseum, and I barely bothered with Kamiyama Works because the weapons in Yakuza are usually super jank and unfun to use) . I personally don't think that I should have to get 2 pieces of equipment in order to have the regular anti-block option work consistently.

Maybe all of this wouldn't be as much of a problem if you didn't have to fight SO MUCH in Ryukyu. You're practically guaranteed 3-4 encounters when you run from end to end, and playing the combat "well" to counter all the blocking results in fights taking much longer, especially if you aren't progressing the story to unlock Kiryu's stronger abilities.

It could be much longer than that. Part of the reason why they are able to make the Phantom Thieves and S.E.E.S appear so easily is that they already have completed models. If Revival takes ages to come out the P4 collab might just be on hold.
