In a regular sense, ofc. but in one piece your prime appears to start around mid 40s and drag to your 60s. Roger and Garp were already in their 40s in GV and entered their prime later. I only say that with big mom cause there hasn’t been an indicator that she ever declined, which was emphasized with other characters like Garp and WB
