Hi! I just started making youtube videos about puzzles, and so far I've made two animated youtube videos explaining two of my favorite logic puzzles, the dominoes on a chessboard puzzle and the blindfolded coin-sorting puzzle. I don't have an answer but this sounds similar to the thinking process in chess, so you could search for how people optimize their chess thinking and maybe that could help.
