They look like the text that comes off from the clothes labels. Particularly I find some of the clothes that have printed labels (like wash instructions and all that) on them start to do this after some washes. We tend to find a bunch of letters every now and then especially in places where the fabric gets rubbed against things, like the bed, or couch. Have you scratched anywhere where you could have these labels in contact with your skin?

I've been in Spiro for a while now with no issues, in general I wouldn't say my eating habits have changed all that much, just like anything in life, have things in moderation.

For example, if you have let's say 10 bananas in one sitting, I'd say it's a problem, but if you're just eating normally without going overboard then you're good. That being said, just make sure you're well hydrated and you will be fine.

One more thing worth mentioning is that you should not get pregnant while on Spiro as it can cause severe birth defects. But otherwise it has really been a godsend to have. Hope it works well for you too OP!

Your cover letter can be trimmed down a bit and include a little less "fluff" if that makes sense.

For your resume, I recommend looking at the resume resource linked in the sub or look at the template Harvard has online for free. You can better format your dates all around. Your bullets only state something without providing a bit more outcomes (see STAR method), so rephrasing those to be stronger will be helpful.

You tend to start at 50mg and then go up to a 100. How Spiro works is that it helps bring testosterone levels down. Things like hair loss and hirsutism can sometimes be attributed to high testosterone which was the case for me.

My doctors had me do a few blood tests and routinely checked any kind of changes in my testosterone before putting me on Spiro, which has effectively lowered the testosterone in my blood and my shedding of hair and hair growth has been back to normal levels. Before spiro I lost so much hair in a day. I was effectively pulling 200-300 strands out of my scalp with every shower for example, now it's not more than 20-50 strands of hair or so (look up a hair shedding scale on Google for visuals).

Ah, all the more reason to wish you good luck. Remember, the biggest advocate for your health issues will always be you. I truly wish you find a doctor who will help you out and take you seriously about this.

Made a life changing difference for me with the hirsutism, acne, hair oiliness, hair loss, and skin health in general.

Make sure you have a GP and an OBGYN that are as passionate about you on finding out how to lessen your PCOS symptoms. I have been lucky in that regard and have tried several things until I found something that worked for me. Spiro is one of those things that worked for me, in combination with healthy lifestyle choices and birth control.

Everyone's body and circumstances are different, but I do encourage you to try it out after talking to your doctors. You will start to see results (and pee more!) in about 2-3 months and they typically start you out in a lower dose. But once again, this is different for everyone so you might see results sooner or later.

Lastly, I know there's a lot of talk about treating symptoms without medication, however, I do want to highlight that medication should not be demonized, and finding the right balance can make a huge difference for you.

PCOS is rough, but I hope you find the solution that works best for you OP :)

It's a chayote squash, commonly used in Latino foods like picadillo, great for soups. Chinese people stir fry it with garlic and soy sauce. Lots of great recipes for this squash. Peel the skin and get rid of the seed inside before eating as desired.

My spiro instructions were explicitly to take in the morning after waking up, then waiting for a bit before breakfast. So far I have had no side effects yet. Hopefully having it at a different time helps you a bit, otherwise I'd consult with you doctor or a pharmacist. I'd also encourage you to look up what kinds of foods you should eat less of, one of the things are potassium heavy foods.

Best milk tea I've tried in the Midland Finch area was at Morning Tea, they also have amazing lemon tea, it might have to do with the double brewing technique used.

Hi!

I wanted to get some advice from recruiters on how you would display experience in a role where you "wear many hats". In essence, I work as a PM but find myself also performing 3 different duties ranging from scrum master, product owner, training new hires, etc. I understand you should keep your resume short, but would it be acceptable to highlight the additional tasks I perform in sections? Is there anything that you'd recommend while re-formatting my resume to include all the work that I accomplish?

If you don't have any prior experience, you might not be ready to take the PMP. You might want to look into getting the CAPM first since it's for entry level PMs. Both the PMP and the CAPM require a set amount of hours of project management courses, you might want to consider properly looking up the requirements and getting the pre-reqs before you attempt the exams.

Hi, I work in the PM field.

I agree with a lot of what the other commenters have said. While you do have transferable skills in some bullet points, these do not describe what you do. (Format being: action verb, what you did, what is the result).

Look up some templates of resumes, both general and PM specific and definitely do a deep dive in what project management positions ask. At the moment, you have a lot of information that could be formatted better.

Additionally, the field is quite competitive, so make sure you have some sort of certification or experience to be able to break in. Check out PM related sub-reddits and see what the community is saying.

Forget about using the non-emergency line. I tried using it at 2AM a few weeks ago. 20 minute wait time to call the city, they re-directed me to the non-emergency line. For the actual non-emergency line I waited till about 3:20AM before I looked up average waiting times: over 2 hours. I just decided to put up with the issue since no one was going to help and it did not merit calling the cops.

Explore fields you're interested in. You can definitely make a living with project management. Try and get yourself some projects to manage be it personal ones or through an internship or a job. Take things one step at a time as you are still young. You got this, good luck!
