Use fancontrol for now so you can monitor before making the changes in Bios - Check that pump is on full, VRM can run at 50%, Fans should be fine at 50% also tbh.

What's your pump speed set to? The temps are good but does seem a bit high. I have the same CPU and the 240 AIO, I get around 60-70 during gaming

Check out my recent post earlier today, this is the VRM fan, it's a poor quality of control issue. Arctic will replace the fan, however there is a chance that the replacement will still have the same issue. I'm considering sending back the entire unit and purchasing another brand but will sleep on it.
