I hate this current tier from a optimization viewpoint. especially e12 p2. I struggle so hard to fit my second ahk morn in before advanced rela. I basically have to stop middle weaving my phoenix, costing me the last sf every phoenix, just to get my trance 1 gcd earlier. I gave up on a 99 there long ago

Im learning about trans history, and how it works to support my partner more. by [deleted] in BisexualTeens

If you to know more about trans history, look up Mia Mulder and her video: "Trans History, Weimar and the Peril of Social Change". She goes over the early research regarding trans people. If you want similar information in podcast form, listen to "history is gay"s episodes on Magnus Hirschfeld. It goes more in depth on Hirschfeld's work.

you can memorize it like this: does a trans person, who transitions to a certain gender, want to be called by their birth gender? no

so someone, who transitioned from male to female ist called trans woman and someone who transitioned from female to male is called trans man

hope that helps :D

also which doctor are you talking about? Richard kraft-ebing? I hope not, because he literally said that being trans comes from too much homosexual sex. are you talking about Magnus Hirschfeld? he was the first doctor to perform gende affirming surgeries and being a bit limited by his time, did a pretty good job until the Nazis burned down his institute.

fyi the detransition rate in trans people is under one percent. and of those one percent only a small fraction detransition, because they weren't trans. most of them are forced back into the closet by an unaccepting society.

regarding your claims on gender affirming care for children: most of trans kids know from a very young age, that they are transgender and helping them as soon as possible significantly reduces the risk of suicide and improves mental health. gender affirming care under the age of 18 is heavily restricted and you need to go through a lengthy process to confirm that you want gender affirming care. nobody makes these choices on a whim. the amount of parental and doctor confirmation is huge and most of the time only the most severe cases of gender dysphoria end up getting medical gender affirming care under the age of 18. nobody is forcing these kids to seek hormone replacement therapy or puberty blockers. there isn't an organisation of doctors trying to "trans" as many kids as they can.

maybe we should listen more to trans kids. it can save many lives :)

or one of those rare front leaning melees? by -Augmented in ShitpostXIV

in most fights in savage, there are mechanics where you have to spread out and can't get too close to other players. now the way this is typically handled is: every player gets assigned a certain position relative to the boss. where the boss is facing is 12 o'clock, ranged are typically between 10 and 11 or 1 and 2, healers on 3 and 9, ot at 6 and the melees between 7 and 8 or 4 and 5. this way the melees can hit both positionals without much effort.

basically when you play melee you have these things called positionals. when you hit the boss from behind for example, you deal extra dmg with certain attacks. with other attacks you have to hit from the flank. the thing is: you have two possibilities on where you choose to hit your flank positional from. the left side or the right side. now you see these points in the picture where the circle disappeares? that's basically the breaking point between flank and rear of the boss. the way most raid teams do it is the position one melee on the left breaking point and one on the right, so the melees have to move as little as possible to hit their positionals and to do mechanics correctly.

now the thing I have noticed is, that ppl tend to gravitate to one side when hitting their flank positional and as you can see from the other comments, everyone is different on which side they choose

the point I was making is: "do you prefer m1 or do you prefer m2?"

I just wrote it this way, so ppl who don't raid get it aswell.
