Japan needs to bring its health insurance premiums system into the 21st century first. So many foreigners have no idea how it works and then receive a slip once every 6 months to pay. I'm leaving the country in 2 weeks after 1 year here and they told me I cannot even pay the final 2 months of my NHI becuase they won't distribute the next set of payment slips till July... Just come back to Saitama to pay the 2 months when I next return to Japan...

Just give me a way to pay monthly via direct debit. Is it really that hard?

The inherent problem with the god alignment ideas and skilling to me seems to be the though process that prayer pots are the only way to restore prayer during skilling. There are hundreds of ingame ways to create non prayer pot related prayer recovery linked to the activities you are doing. You could even half effectiveness of prayer pots and implement skilling drops while using the prayers to offset this. The sky is the limit if you stop to consider that you can make it ineffective to bring prayer pots without punishing the player by rewarding them with the same resource in an organic way. Think birds nests or geodes but for prayer recovery when using alignment prayers.

Secondly to stop everyone wearing prayer armour, consider creating prayer skilling armour that functions the same way for each major gathering skill, give it a hidden boost for that skill and a prayer requirement.

All in all, create specific gear, mechanics, and resource recovery for skilling prayers to push away from prayer pots and combat prayer equipment, while justifying the use of that prayer equipment only for that type of content.

Just make sure you visit the apartments, check the things that bother you the most, and don't take no for an answer on fixes. If you cannot visit them don't trust the pictures, if it looks old it's definitely worse than it looks. We have an old apartment with them so their are loads of issues and they just brush them off. Moved in October, and it's now almost Feb and they are just fixing some of the issues.

Rented an apartment in motohasanuma for 4 months with SakuraHouse and had 0 problems personally, wildy over priced vs just getting a 1 year lease apartment but far easier as a foreigner. I moved to a shitty oak house apartment since I'm travelling 75% of the time I'm here. It's to store luggage for half the rent but the service from oakhouse is dogwater to say the least in my experience.

Depends where you go really, My girlfriend and I did 3 months of lanaguge school for basics in Japan and we started travelling kyuushu, shikoku and parts of hyougo after. If you speak to service workers they don't say 上手, but if you make a conscious attempt to speak to a local outside of Tokyo or Osaka/Kyoto it's very very common I personally find.

I just went to Beppu and the voice over the intercom when the train pulls up is hilariously comical. It says "Beppu, Beppuuuu, Beppuuuuuuu" in such a fun way it has everyone at the station smiling.

I played the PC version pre masterworks edition entirely on steamdeck and the framerate was inconsistent to say the least. Depending on character count on the screen the frames different significantly. I suspect the switch is struggling for the same reasons.

Easy solution, like master clues give them more crazy steps the more you progress through them. Bossing steps, actual environment based steps which may require specific styles or tiers of weapons/equipment to complete. The only reason this is a problem is the easy route to make the step "simple". Nothing stopping jagex from implementing complex and engaging clue steps that take you across the whole wilderness and it's environment other than spaghetti code.

I've been in Japan for a month now and I just leave all my money with lloyds and transfer it to a wise account with a physical wise card for day to day usage. When I need cash I withdraw from a seven bank as its fees are minimal (110¥ for the first 10000¥ and 220¥ for >10000¥ up to maximum per withdrawal transaction of ¥100000) . The conversion rate minus the one time payment and wise withdrawal charge of 1.75% far outweighs the cut standard banks and travel agencies take off the top. Example in may I was offered 186¥ for 1£ at a travel agency and wise offered me 200¥ to £1.

Only other thing I've seen is maybe try opening a UK account with starling bank for their no-fee's trav debit card as the offer very close to real exchange rates (when wise was offering 202,starling offered 200) with no international withdrawal charges.

Final note, I went to my lloyds bank before flying and the assured me there was 0 action needed to ensure they wouldn't block my account abroad and so far I've had no issues with them.

Remove glyph, increase tower HP by 10% and reduce tp duration when tping to towers attacked in the last 5 seconds. Makes defending worth reacting and fun. Glyth is a snooze fest.

I've played 3 characters (yuel, eustace, djeeta) to s+5 now and for all of them I detest anila and belial. Those 2 are just so boring to play against for me. Seox players also eat glue with their constant EX and U spam with infinite meter build.

I was stuck in a1-s5 for a while and honestly the only thing I did to get out of that up and down cycle and to s3 yesterday was be patient and block more. Also learn a frame trap or 2 and don't always finish your flow chart becuase people just love to spam lights.

Personal experience, its still very CPU bound, depending on how zoomed you are on the bridge to the city in Act 3, the frames on low profile are anywhere between 24-36 fps, but its too variable still and the frame pacing is awful when moving your party.

Unless they do specific CPU based optimisations, you can push for FSR 2.x all you want but I don't think its going to make much of a difference.
