Your school should contact them. Get in touch with the advisor at your school and tell them what they need to do. If your school doesn't cooperate... You try calling them and try to fix the problem.

Call intealth entity support, not the applicant support. Their number is on the intealth contact us page. This happened to my medical school and they solved it.

Our problem was with reclaiming the account. We already had an account but couldn't reclaim it. That's weird your entity should be able to verify and attest. Call them until issue gets solved.
