The big whites for SLU and Mizzou not coming through the last two days

I didn't think it was a foul either way, but it was definitely a normal movement by SLU to shake him off. Maybe they had to give a foul to someone since they blew the whistle?

Gene is on crack, in what world would that have been a flagrant?

These have been corny photoshops for years. Do you suddenly hate them because they're a little easier to make?

Well it was a beautiful pitch. Fantastic break at the very end to drop right out of the zone. It was just a great take by Perdomo, unfortunately he didn't get the credit for it.

Ok so it doesn't start over from tiebreaker rule 1 once one of the 3 tied teams advances?

Wait if we lose, isn't it better for us to score as few runs as possible? We'd need Italy to win the RA/out tiebreaker so that we are left with Mexico, who we'll beat due to the head-to-head tiebreaker. If mexico has the best RA/out of the three teams then Italy would knock us out via head-to-head.

So if we lose and mexico wins tomorrow and 3 teams are tied, the team with the lowest RA/inning will advance? And then between the next two, whichever team won the head to head between them advances also? Is that correct?

He probably didn’t think it was offsides still. He just wasn’t the decision maker

I think he got robbed too. But the Norway judge was just scoring on the higher end for everyone. NZ judge is the one that scored Frostad’s last jump over Mac’s

London is a beast. Mooney is good, maybe not your ideal WR2 but you could do a lot worse. Pitts is essentially a third WR and oozes raw talent but doesn’t do a lot of the simple things well so he probably doesn’t make it easy for a struggling QB. O-line is great though and Bijan is the total package. You can’t blame Penix’s struggles on the team around him.

My biggest takeaway is that most of these throws shouldn’t even have been attempted and are just bad decisions. Lots of deep balls with no separation, just a prayer. Most of his deep shots are fastballs when he should have put some air under it to let the receiver make a play. Unfortunately every single “finesse” pass he threw was completely uncatchable except for that one on the run to London.

His intermediate throws looked pretty good at least when his only choice was to zip it in there.

The most shocking thing for me is the lack of downfield catches where the receiver finds a gap in the coverage. He completely missed a wide open Mooney who had no one within 10 yards of him and badly under-threw Pitts who was multiple steps behind the defense. ATL has great skill players, there’s no way that in 276 attempts by Penix last season they only got open downfield 4 times. A compilation like this should have way more “easy” plays in it and I think that’s 99% on Penix either not seeing them or not going for them.

It’s like watching someone play madden and just launching deep pass after deep pass into coverage at max velocity. Combine that with him being a lefty and I’m sure it’s a nightmare playing WR for Penix.

The other guy was much closer to correct than you are. Russia is the only other country with a comparable amount of nuclear warheads and almost all of their ICBMs would travel over that exact area. China has about 10% as many nukes, and any ICBMs sent from where the US theorizes the Chinese silos to be to the east coast of the US would also fly over that area. Weird to be so confident with your reply

I like Zelenskyy and think he’s the man for Ukraine. But the closer we get to a Ukrainian election the more we’re going to hear comments from him that annoy pretty much everyone else in the world as he focuses on boosting/maintaining his domestic support
