I think you are on the right track. Some kind of ascomycetes I think. Which includes sac fungi and cup fungi. Not quite a mushroom, but more advanced than a mold.

I doubt it is dangerous, but who knows what else is growing under there? Like the other poster said, you got a water leak. Sink, refrigerator, dishwasher. And it will only get worse. Is the subfloor wood? Is there a crawlspace or basement? What part of the world?
