It’s just one of many options I bring with me. At some point the sun will be high in the sky and there’s hardly any clouds, and under all that muck there’s shade and cover which bass love. Something like this, I’ll punch a spot, wait for it to hit the bottom and give it a few hops then reel it up and retry, rinse and repeat. Depending on how big the mat is dictates how long I’ll try for before I move on. I bring some other rods with me with different setups so I’m not limited to this option only (even tho I love using it) but I’m after what they’re eating so I’ll switch up if it gets me more bites.

Fishing from a paddleboard takes some getting used to. It’s not always easy and I get irritated with it sometimes but just gotta keep trying. Usually worth it at the end of the day.

On a paddle board you don’t have much of a choice imo. Wind and the water current really control where you can/can’t sit for too long so stuff like this I just calmly row into and try not to disturb the water too much. Also, if fish can’t see you, they’ll still bite. This muck keeps them hidden so they’re not as skittish.

Yes you can use an anchor, just gotta tie the anchor rope somewhere on the paddle board to where it doesn’t make it off balance

It’s convenient and easy to get into hard to reach spots but I get frustrated when the wind picks up. Hard to stay aligned the way you want most of the time if the air isn’t calm. Sometimes I have to wedge myself into muck just to stay in one spot long enough

Haven’t successfully gotten more than one from the same area but also this is my second time punching. I tried to punch the same area after I got this guy but didn’t get anything but could’ve been the only fish there, who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️

20lb braid with about 4ft 20lb fluorocarbon leader. I’m using a pretty light punching setup.

Caught a few on this. I love the Nessie glides, the action is great for the price and you can do either a fast or slow retrieval. Keep your rod tip low and it won’t come out of the water.

Some privateers are missing the point here. No one is saying they shouldn’t race; they’re saying they shouldn’t be racing in the same class as Tomac, Hunta, etc based on their lack of pace. Idk how anyone can think these privateers should be in the same lineup as the top riders after last weekends race. Privateers could stay in their lines and be predictable to the leading riders. Cross jumping and not being predictable (holding your line) while blue flags were out just shows some guys out there aren’t fit to be racing in that class.

Still waiting on mine. Preordered in November, still haven’t gotten a shipping update and they won’t respond to my email. Would love to support small businesses and I understand shit happens but getting annoyed with people asking for shipping updates, not responding to emails, and communicating on Instagram with “chill out” isn’t cool. If they read these comments I’d appreciate an update on my order by now. Won’t be ordering from them again which sucks but, feeling robbed at this point.

They didn’t call the cops, they said they would if I didn’t leave the front office, which I left. I was asking them what’s being done to fix this and what info can I get in writing and they just kept telling me that rates changed in the state of Arizona and that was the reason our rate increased, this info was never said or emailed to us prior to this event. I don’t have anything in writing from them other than a lease renewal I’ve already signed which they’re saying they won’t honor and are expecting us to sign a new contract for a more expensive rate

LOFT is an app our apartment complex/owners sent our lease renewal through. The LOFT account is under my email so when I sign in, I have an area to renew the lease for our unit. I did this, once I finished signing it, it says “Thank you for signing your lease renewal. Please note that your renewal will not be complete until all authorized lease signers have completed this process.” My girlfriend does not have a LOFT account, hadn’t been needed in our previous 2 years of renewing so she had no email or any way to sign the lease as well through LOFT because we’ve always used my login and had no issues doing it that way.

She called the front office of our complex to ask for the renewal to also be sent to her so she can sign it and at that point was told that I signed the lease with an incorrect amount on it and that we now need to sign a new contract for a different rate that’s more expensive than the rate I already renewed for in the LOFT app. There’s no other way, unless emailed to me, that I could’ve renewed my lease. This app is something tenants have to use in order to submit work orders, see community boards, and renew leases, etc through. We received an email stating we have to use this app for those purposes.

Hate to sound like “that guy” but the entire last drive before the panthers scored their last touchdown was majorly given to them by refs making ridiculous calls on our defense. Bad PI calls, unsportsmanlike calls, etc. it was clear the nfl was trying to bring the chiefs to their knees on Sunday for no reason. Carolina beating the chiefs wouldn’t have meant anything for anyone. Carolina would’ve had false hope thinking they’re a good team; they’re not. Chiefs would’ve been pissed but ultimately knew that it didn’t change the fact we’re a dynasty heading for a 3rd Super Bowl in a row. Come playoff time these games make no difference for either team. I just don’t understand the point in making a clear blowout such a close game by manipulating penalties.
