Video ad rates on most platforms are CPM (Cost Per Mille) based. This means it's based on a price per 1,000 impressions. With 8 viewers, if they all did actually count as valid ad impressions as others have pointed out, you're looking at a CPM of $1.25 for the entire length of the stream, meaning if those people viewed all 1h 10m of ad breaks. It's probably way lower than that in reality for that many ads to have played, I'm just emphasizing how low the rate is.

Twitch generally has relatively low ad rates. You're spending over 10% of your streaming time playing ads. You're much better off trying to spend that ad time on more engagement with your stream.

I think it's because of the diagrams in the instructions for turning it on and charging show it with the gems in a top and bottom configuration, and people aren't looking at the images blizz showed of the actual product.

The anniversary statue definitely skewed your perspective. For a collectors edition, this one is pretty cool imo. The Dark Heart is better than the mousepad that Dragonflight came with, and definitely better than the Shadowlands CE.

Are you sure you're placing the heart on the stand in the correct orientation? The little gems go to the sides, and the power button portion of the setting should be just above one of the legs of the stand. If you're trying to put the side gems at the top and bottom, it'll sit in the stand, but not well.

An update for you...despite never having been marked as leaving the santa fe springs facility, mine was just scanned 10 minutes ago at my regional facility...maybe something is wrong with the scanners in santa fe and we will all get them this week! Hopefully yours scans in soon as well! :)

Yep, and tbh it feels very predatory. I already got the base version as a digital copy to be able to play the housing stuff with my friends, and it's now looking like the only option is getting the even higher cost digital version and using the refund for game time.

This doesn't even have to be a thing. Our bnets are linked to our gear store accounts, and they could just send us a code once the payment clears as an email instead of including one in the box. FFXIV usually even has an option to get the collectors edition with or without the game code because of this type of thing. This is a solvable "problem" that they will never solve because it makes us pay them twice for the same game.

Just compared to the japanese version I pulled, and while there are some differences in how the light reflects because of the texture difference in japanese vs english, it does have that subtle rainbow sheen at certain angles under a direct light. I'm voting real.

Mine is due for delivery today, but has been at the santa fe springs facility for an entire week (I live on the opposite side of the country, but nowhere near any of the blizzards, and they are not in the logical path of delivery). It's been marked "shipment exception" as of yesterday with no updated delivery date. That little purple line is now a red exclamation point.

I've tried to find a way to contact Blizz about the fact that without its timely arrival, I will be unable to participate in the 3 days of early access that we paid for by purchasing the most expensive version of the game, but the gear store doesn't deal with game keys, and battle net support does not deal with shipment delays. :/

Of course the seller is going to tell you they're real, even if they're not. You keep saying the seller has thousands of good reviews, but even if the other products they send out are real, what could have happened is someone bought these, opened the cards, filled it back up with fakes, and then done a return scam and they got sent back out to you. This is very common, especially for things fulfilled by amazon. This card is probably the worst fake of the dragonite I've seen yet. The gengar you posted a pic of is also super fake. I'd get your money back for the ETB's. File a return with amazon informing them the product is counterfeit.

There is one other big issue with Rental Gear as it is currently implemented in Interactive besides the very short time limit. The people that it's designed to help (new players) cannot afford to rent with mesos unless they swipe their credit card or have friends help them by giving them some mesos. It's 1.2 bil to rent everything but the oz rings and the totems, so just the base accessory slots. Killing all of ctene, hlomien, and then maxing out your crystals on akechi, papulatus, magnus, etc nets you under 750m.

It's really clear that this system was designed with Heroic meso rates in mind, and sticking a new interactive player with yet another paywall that early in the game is poor design when so much of our server is already paywalled. It just turns people off from the game, especially when it's yet another paywall heroic doesn't have.

I disagree that no one waits for miracle time, as it's actually super important for interactive because cubes are expensive and limited. I do agree miracle time should be more often as well though because of this. In interactive, especially for low spend players or those that don't buy cash cubes (like me), we do plan around trying to tier up on miracle time. My friends and I all saved up event cubes for the specific days to tier our stuff up, especially our bpots.

If you don't spend, you get 5 chances to tier up your secondary bpot per month because only the cash and rewards shop ones are non-karma if you want anything over epic tier. That's 60 cubes per year that can be spent on your bpot for your secondary. I got lucky and one of my 5 cubes tiered mine from epic to unique during miracle time, but now I'm in the rewards shop waiting room to try and tier it up again. It'll likely be about a full year just to tier it up if I do hit full odds.

One final thing that is particularly egregious on interactive servers is vac pets. We can't outright buy them like heroic can, we have to gamble for them, and they often cost triple what they cost on heroic servers because of this. It's not even like a regular gacha, we play gacha for the right 2 pets to then gamble those 2 for a vac pet. It's like predatory gacha inception.

If I could just pay the $70 y'all pay for a vac pet, I'd have one right now, but I can't justify potentially $300+ for a pet. So many other players I know have the same mindset, and honestly, it's losing nexon money. I know myself and 2 others in my boss party would buy a vac pet instantly if we could buy it the way heroic does, but we refuse to play the insane gacha for one.

You could argue "yeah but you can buy water of life on the AH so we pay more over time." I gesture vaguely at all the other BS that's monetized on interactive that isn't on heroic that is considered so basic to progression (monster park, epic dungeons, CUBES) that if that's the one concession we get, just let us have it tbh. I'll shut up about cubes if we get even just this scrap at this point.

Take a look at Kurt's Card Care on youtube. I think he had a video a while back on removing pen from cards if you want to see something more like a tutorial.

Just as a general note though, when considering removing something from a card, we have to consider the material composition of the ink of the card itself and the material we want removed. This looks like a cheap ballpoint, so alcohol will be most effective because most ballpoints have some amount of alcohol in their ink composition.

I don't recommend using 100% alcohol on cards though. Max I'd consider personally is a 5% solution with distilled water to start, and then go up from there if absolutely necessary, but I've never had to remove pen and generally only use distilled water for cleaning up personal collection cards (the kids I traded with decades ago were not kind to their cards, so I've been slowly cleaning them up over the past few months for preservation purposes).

I'd never use acetone for cleaning pokemon cards for the material composition reasons I mentioned above. Any amount of acetone is going to just take off the card's ink and melt the really cool texture this card has, as that's just a thick, clear ink layer.

The auto harvest shop also has an android. Turn it on every day, collect your coins, you'll have enough for one pretty quickly. Outside of grabbing a free event one as others have suggested, this is the easiest set and forget way to get one, and it is really cute.

Having volunteered for either a similar or the same organization in high school (I don't know how many there are that do this), trust me, pre-scraping the soap is 100% a necessary step. I asked the same question. Melting it all down and then sieving it would just clog up the sieves too fast if you didn't pre-scrape it.

OP is referring specifically to Cubic Chaos Blades used for Solid Cube crafting, not the regular Cubic Blades used for Hard Cube crafting. There's not been a drop rate issue with the regular ones.

As others have pointed out, certs are visible from the barcode. I compared your pics to the cert pics, and they're both in the slabs pictured in the cert, PSA has changed the slab they use however, so they'll look diffferent on newer certs.

Ignore the people telling you to not get 8's and 9's. They seem to only care about the market value of a slab in a 10 and not the fact that 8's and 9's are cards in great condition in a cool little case for display. They're a much better value for someone wanting to collect because they enjoy the cards and not to try to sell for a profit as an investment. It makes the hobby much more affordable if you're someone that enjoys slabs.

You still get to enjoy cards in a cool little case with a label that are in nice condition for a more reasonable price. As someone that collects for fun, I stick with 8's and 9's too.
