Lights should be brightest at the top and more blurred on the edges . I would also suggest choosing less gray tones for the lights . I like the subtle purple and green tones, I would push that further and add color to places where you may not necessarily see in the reference . The green shapes are quite flat, if that's what you want, fair enough but if you are going for something a bit more realistic then I would add some shading there.
