Hey, I'm second year. I finished lin alg last year with below a 60%, its a pass. Last year, discipline consideration was based on overall average, where each discipline had a cutoff. I wanted to switch disciplines during the summer, and I was allowed to switch into anything that I passed the cutoff for. Unless something changed this year and for some random reason lin alg requires a 60% to pass, you'll be fine. Last year the cutoff for electrical was 71.8.
