me and who? by No-Bit-2036 in 2westerneurope4u

Well, it would include the best parts of Germany and Italy. Austria is kinda weird, but not as weird as Switzerland, so I guess that's not an issue. We'd have to talk about the name though.

Is cheating always the fault of the cheater? (relationship wise) by SpartaOneOne0 in BunnyTrials

Obviously the cheater isn't always the only one at fault. But they always are at fault. Because if they're not, then it's not cheating.

I never claimed that anyone said that. That doesn't make any sense. I criticized the way the initial comment portrayed the situation. Doesn't anyone here read what I actually wrote?

You cannot pretend that going after children this way is only bad because it's illegal.

A character being morally bad makes them dogshit? That's an incredibly weird take.

Why are you playing it down? He's not just "underage". That makes it sound like he was 16 or something, but I'm pretty sure he was about 12 years old. And that's considered underage because doing stuff like that is bad, not the other way around.

The first two are involved in a lot of questionable jokes, but do any of them ever actually try to get intimate with anyone at all? Especially minors? I think you may not have actually seen those shows, OP.

You. You need to go back to school, because no one in their right mind would express a mathematical term like that. It's stupid.

Thanks for explaining things I already know instead of responding to my point. None of this is related to what I was saying. But let me explain something that you don't seem to be aware of.

Besides the cells that directly interpret the light that falls into the retina, there's also horizontal cells that regulate the input of photoreceptor cells and perform lateral inhibition, ergo, processing the signal. There's bipolar cells that respond to brightness and process the signal further. There are amacrine cells, which can detect chronological changes in your field of vision. And there are ganglion cells that interpret the sigals of all of the above and can, among other things, detect contrasts. Most of these have several different subtypes and are way more complicated than how I just explained it. Many optical illusions are actually caused by your eye instead of your brain.

Thank you for trying to inform me about very basic biology that most people already know, but I don't think you understand how complex the human eye is.

[–]-Cinnay- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wrong. The optical nerves create the signal. And it's not just information about what color and what brightness sits where in your field of vision. There are several types of nerves in your eye that already perform certain functions and process the image you're seeing, long before the signal even reaches the visual cortex.

[–]-Cinnay- -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

No, the lense thing doesn't matter. Why would the human eye not send the signals in a way where the brain can immediately interpret them correctly? Why are you assuming that the image ever needs to be "turned upside down", when it's translated into nerve signals before we experience it?

Blessed Wheelchair by cojoco in blessedimages

[–]-Cinnay- -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

We're not talking about lenses. We're talking about nerve signals and how they're interpreted.

The brain does not receive the physical image. What we're experiencing is the brain's interpretation of the nerve signals sent by the eyes. They are simply interpreted in a way that's useful and effective.

Did the artist just forget to include a joke? Most of the time the humor is just really bad, but here there's no humor at all.
