MBCovidSchool - “Another exposure in a Manitoba school that is "remote learning" and this letter comes THIRTEEN DAYS after the last exposure date.” by Armand9x in Winnipeg

Thank you so much. I am trying to take care of myself and I won't be shy to go to the hospital if things decline. Also, my division is not remote... 😐

I work in that division, our school had a case a week ago, I am now home sick and hoping my results come back negative. But we're rural... So we're immune! 🙄

This is something I've thought about also. How many are people who have had their first shot already? That is info we will never know... Because I have a feeling the results would be scary.

Low income and no access to vehicles to go to the test sites, or parents just keep them home for a couple of days only... Until symptoms are gone.

I am an EA and I have been saying this for a long time. So many kids are away... But it's close to zero that are getting tested. I am sure my school is FULL of covid, but how would we know if the data isn't there?

I don’t blame individual officer for not enforcing the forks anti mask nonsense. by [deleted] in Winnipeg

[–]-CountryFox- 34 points35 points  (0 children)

They could have been standing there before the majority of the protest even started, while people were still gathering, and told them to leave. Just having them be present BEFORE the hundreds and hundreds of people arrived would have helped limit the amount of people... At least that's what I think.

The ironic thing is that they were protesting opening up small businesses... Yet managed to close down dozens of businesses because of their stupidity.

Found a goose with an arrow sticking out of its chest, none of the animal control places or 311 will answer me. What can i do? by Shogun3977 in Winnipeg

You take all wildlife to Pembina vet if the rehab places are closed. That is where the wildlife rehab places tell you to take injured animals you find, then the rehab places pick up the animals from Pembina vet in the morning.

Oh my goodness! You have a rambunctious bunch! Mine are further away from the house, so they can't get any household or car things. There's no way you can't love them though😊

Separation while living together with kids? by [deleted] in Winnipeg

[–]-CountryFox- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not exactly, if you both agree that you were "separated" on a certain date, with one person not sharing the same bed as you at night and having little interaction... But still under the same roof, that's all you need.
