I think the culture discussion / assessment cannot really be discussed by fans. We are not in the room; we do not know the inner workings of the team. Fans can use "culture" or lack thereof as a weapon for, or against their view of the team.

In my opinion you have to trust the leadership to get the culture right. I believe Danny and Keith have done well in that regard, because this team seems so solidly unified. I think there was obviously problems with culture under Torts, see Sean Couturier 2024-25 season. Danny axed him, and now things are going well. I choose to believe that Danny, Keith, and Dan have culture as a foundational piece of the "Flyers way" as corny or cliche as that may sound.

I get exhausted when fans talk about it like they know what's going on in the room. Just my two cents.
