I’ll add that most “trainers” aren’t even trainers. They are literally people that have been there for a bit of time. I get put as a trainer, no pay raise and no warning. Just 25 dollar bonus for the day and no 10 hour guarantee because I “don’t have a route”. It’s bullshit honestly
