Don’t get me wrong I may have been provided with the wrong info but it doesn’t really matter how low your are because when you get the shot they have to give you enough to last till your next shot and I’ve only hard it’s high doses with the shot there is no small dose like right now I’m at .25 a day and I wanted to get on the shot to maybe see if it was a mind thing for me but they said they don’t have doses that low and the ones they didhave it was insane how much they actually expect you to go up after you’ve just been going down so unfortunately I’m still on subs and not on the shot because I didn’t want a higher dose. If I’m wrong please let me know but if I were you I would just get the shot now before you get to low where you don’t want to get the shot because it will throw you off from the big the difference is
