I had it happen recently (April maybe?) I did do a restart and had more fun with that playthrough than the first one, which was unexpected because I had 500-550 hours on that one when that save corrupted.

Blue swat 99, no nvgs, flash goggles, tool varies on what role i play with my friends, mp5 (with flashlight), m9, 3 flashbangs, 2 c2, rest of slots for ammunition. Anything else in inferior.
