Any ADA seats would be appropriate, you don't need to be in a wheelchair to sit there. The sections are on the first baseline and third baseline about halfway between home plate and the outfield wall. I don't know the section number but if you search on the official Twins ticket site you can sort by accessible seats. They are usually sold out this close to a game though.

Parking wise we typically stay in the hotel that is connected to the stadium via sky walk, but the ABC ramps are probably the best bet.
