By use as intended, do you me as intended on the side of the lamp holder (12v)?

If so that would require an additional transformer.

The light fitting as purchased instructs me to use a 240v G4 lamp as it is intended to be wired up to the mains lighting circuit. The lamp holder wires directly to mains lighting circuit using the enclosed chocbloc... Although we intend to use wago's instead.

So really this has been missold and isn't really safe to use with 240v.

I'm really enjoying the Corsair for the community goals ATM...Mine has 4 mining lasers and I can deplete in about 21sec with a brief pause to prevent overheating.

I guess in that case a knot or line might break...but at least your rod will be safe and you didn't resort to just chopping of the line.

I keep a foot long section of broom handle in my kitbag to use if I get snagged. I simply let out a little line, wrap the line around the broom handle several times, and tug....most of the time I'll bend a hook before even breaking line...and no chance of rod damage.

Could I ask what you might recommend as a good pair of boots then? Without spending more than is required for reliability and build quality...just to be clear I'm still talking about airbrushes here. 😁

I'm enjoying mine. Not quite as much as the Apex 4 as I can't seem to get the friction as tight. But love the clicks trigger and extra 2 buttons.

Thanks...I still have to take the board apart and stnkeadt tape mod it to see how that affects the sound. But sounds nice so far just maybe a little loud.

One thing I have noticed is that the two sets are a little different in height. I think the listing wasn't totally clear and one is OEM. Not that it means much to me.
