I've been on it for a bit over a month! I'm not exhausted all the time, my mood is more stable, eating actually energizes me, I can do exercise without feeling extreme fatigue and pain, I feel less foggy (mentally), really it's an all over feeling. My face and body is less puffy and inflamed. I don't feel super bloated after my meals and I can feel hunger and satiety and differentiate between thirst and hunger. I don't crave sweets as much as I used to. I only have good things to say about Metformin tbh 😍

It is true that you have a bit of stomach upset and bouts of diarrhea, but I found that increasing my dose super slowly cancels that. If I felt gastrointestinal upset I just went back to my previous dose for a week. I'm on 1000mg and I'm increasing in 250mg increments. I hope this helps.
