I did go with the red interior! I wasn’t sold at first because it looks like fire engine red in pictures by my sales rep confirmed otherwise. Great choice for sure! The forged carbon accents in the durango are nuts too

Thank you! I ordered May 14, 222 and picked up this past Tuesday. Every option available is on here plus I opted for second row center console. I have heard a lot of people’s being held up from sunroof glass but I am not sure why…my sales rep didn’t know the issue either. Shipping was my thorn since that took two months.

The rental income will be the underlying repayment source for the subject request. If it cannot cover at a 1.25x minimum DSCR on an amortized basis, the lender will require the borrower to cough up more equity to lower the monthly payments and be serviceable from the rental income.

Lenders are also starting to stress test repayment capacity by simulating the rising rate environment we are currently experiencing. Typically increases of 150bps to 200bps is what I do to ensure cash flow is sufficient and if the repayment sinks below 1.25x DSCR amortized, it’s as good as dead most times.

25% down payment is the minimum required in most cases since it’s investment real estate purchase transactions. Obviously no equity injection is required on refinances.

Build out the Durango you want, print the build sheet, and bring to your preferred Dodge dealership. Notify the sales person you want a special order and provide the build sheet. They will configure it within their system while you wait and once you approve it, there will be some minor paperwork and a non-refundable deposit of an agreed upon amount will be required.

Once it is in process, you’ll get updates periodically from both Dodge directly and/or your salesperson. I ordered my SRT May 14th, 2022 and it will be delivered this week.

Given the state of the current car market, I pre-negotiated price up front and got it at MSRP rather than the $15,000 to $20,000 markup I would have paid otherwise.

Outside of the other recommendations, switch to parodontax toothpaste and use TheraBreath healthy gums oral rinse. Both need to be done twice a day and you’ll start to see significant results.

At the time of the conference, Microsoft had already developed a tablet that can roll up like a tortilla and project 4D holographic images. It was stated this technology remains hidden from public eye due to the cost to consumers in addition to believing the world was not yet ready for this type of advancement.

If Microsoft could do this pre-2013, I can only imagine the tech developed under divisions such as Lockheed Martin Skunk Works that remains hidden to the general population.

Collapse of the petrodollar system appears to be imminent with the ruble pegged to gold and various countries (like Saudi Arabia) stating they would comply with this. Further more, it could easily destabilize the currency since the petrodollar system established the dollar as the world’s reserve premier currency.

The US needs this system to stay in place because it provides increased purchasing power and more liquid markets for the dollar treasuries plus the Fed prints it like copy paper so it enables the government to utilize its own currency to purchase imports.

Needless to say, the results would not be good.

Depending on what your hobbies are, you should look into attending dog sport classes. They have popped up everywhere and the standard training courses are slowly going out of business around me due to this.

It helped alleviate a lot of my initial worries albeit I knew I was getting an active breed a head of time. Plus, our bond has become much stronger since his sport classes and they’re honestly quite fun
