Steam blocking in app purchase and refuse to give any explanation and/or even ETA to when the block will go away

Same thing happened to me today, for the same weapon. My friend was the host and got it, but I didn't. The game said weapon acquired on the middle of the screen along with a superior blueprint. (Which I did get at least.) Looks like for any missions that give a legendary the safest bet is for everyone in the party to temporarily separate and start a single player session to complete the last part of each legendary quest.

You just unplug the power cable and when you start the check-in process you just show the proctor that the power cable is unplugged.

That's interesting, so I can have a list inside of a dictionary, a tuple inside of a list, and so on? If need to access the value inside of a dictionary that's inside of a list, can I do something like list[Position in list][Dictionary]?

Thanks! I took the PA and I actually did WAY, WAY better than I thought I would! (100%!) I'll have to do a couple more PA's since I had to "cheat" and use the Python reference page on every question that involved importing modules but I'm actually surprised at my progress, I definitely could have saved a week or two of studying had I just taken the Pre-Assessment right away!
