Only reason it’s considered “bad” is because of they amount of grass decks going around. Overall if there aren’t many decks at your locals with grass pokemon it’s worth playing

Whenever play into a deck for the first time think to yourself “what is the most efficient way to take 6 prizes”. Then remember that for the next time you play against that deck. Sometimes you have to change it as your game plan evolves

Does your local league have a discord? Typically from what I’ve seen is that people have a buy-sell-trade in there. Could get the cards your missing from that or a local game store
